Coverageparliament Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners with heating and cooling problems to independent local providers. If you run an HVAC business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a good fit for our network.

This is not a job with Coverageparliament Heating & Air. You stay independent. You run your own company, set your own prices, and do your own work.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for contractors who work in AC repair, furnace repair, and AC installation and replacement around Portland and the Portland area. Small shops and growing crews are both welcome.

What We Expect

Homeowners reach out when they are worried. We ask providers to treat them kindly.

• Hold the licenses and insurance that OR requires
• Answer homeowner calls and requests politely
• Explain problems and options in plain words
• Give written estimates before starting work
• Be honest about timing and never overpromise
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare and decide

What Homeowners Value

People here deal with a long wet season, damp crawl spaces, older craftsman homes, and newer townhomes. Providers who understand local housing and explain things calmly tend to earn trust.
